Our mission
H2I provides organisation, management and consulting services to stakeholders in the health and social care sector.
Our expertise was initially developed within the establishments and companies of our group. Today, we also offer it to external stakeholders operating in the same environment: healthcare facilities, laboratories, practitioners, and medico-social structures.
We intervene in particular on the subjects of administration, organization, medical-economic management, relations with supervisory bodies and business development.
Our identity
For over 60 years, our family has been developing activities in the health and social care sector with the Saint Jean Group:

medical, surgical and obstetric (MSO) establishments;

follow-up and rehabilitation care (SSR);

medical centers;

diagnostic imaging centers;

consultation centers.
This experience has gradually expanded to include complementary activities:

medical transport, in France and then in Monaco;

medical logistics, with France Colis Santé;

the construction and development of buildings intended for healthcare facilities.
H2I was born from medical skills and experience acquired over the years in the management, organization and support of health structures.
Our team
Our history in Monaco is part of a family continuity spanning several generations.
From the end of the 19th century, the founder's great-grandfather, Augustin Gastaud, Head Gardener of the Saint-Martin gardens, developed a collection of succulent plants and cacti in Monaco-Ville which would contribute to the birth of the Exotic Garden of Monaco project under the reign of Prince Albert I.
Since then, generations have succeeded one another in the Principality, each building their professional and family path there.
This long-standing foundation informs our way of doing business: with a logic of transmission, responsibility and long-term commitment.
