A surgeon for most of his career, Pierre Alemanno also developed and managed numerous activities in the healthcare sector. The principal architect of the group's construction and development, he oversaw its structuring and growth over the decades, both medically and entrepreneurially.
Today, he brings to H2I in-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector, solid leadership experience, and a vision nurtured by several decades of entrepreneurship and management of healthcare facilities.
Trained in law and finance, Paola Alemanno Grislain began her career in investment funds before joining the family's healthcare business.
Today she is involved in the group's strategy, development, financial management and organization and heads the medical transport division.

Around this governance structure, H2I brings together collaborators with solid experience in the various professions involved in managing healthcare facilities.
Finance, accounting, management control, strategy, human resources, legal, quality, communication and development: these complementary skills make it possible to understand the challenges of a health organization in their entirety.
